Lyn’s background includes:

Since 2017 Lyn has headed Blackfire's customer service and back office staffing department.
- Her overhauled processes led to outstanding customer feedback.
- Satisfaction level of users and research providers improved tremendously.
- At the same time, the improved practices created greater visibility to unauthorized access attempts, including trends and tactics by coordinated foreign parties.
20 years of experience in customer service, including enforcement of government regulations and controlled substances.
Lyn’s background in distribution policies for controlled substances brought a new perspective to the DHS’s "IMPACT clearing House" for research data. She literally wrote the operations manual for control policies for sensitive data and documents.

Dustin’s background includes:

Over a decade of managing technical teams for software development and COTS enterprise implementations.
20 years experience designing enterprise class software solutions
Has led teams in and developed IT solutions for:
- Higher Education - Helping transition to computerized workflows and process automation, such as USC’s faculty hiring systems, centralized provost reporting databases, and finance systems.
- Government - such as a DHS clearing house for research data, San Diego City Council, and numerous city projects.
- Law Enforcement - records systems and data sharing for South West US cross jurisdictional cooperation (including FBI).
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems - for manufacturing, factory processing, assemble to order, and similar environments.
